Dr. Arne and his entire staff are skilled professionals. I had a tooth extracted and a bone graft. I returned several times to have the graft checked. It all went very smoothly. Dr. Arne is personable and made me feel comfortable about the entire process. The next step is the implant and I'm confident the process will go as smoothly as the others.

My entire experience at this office has been wonderful. The front desk staff is friendly and easy to get in touch with, the office is clean and well maintained. I didn’t have to wait long to get in for an appointment, and also didn’t spend much time in the waiting room both times I was there. Dr Arne is great with patient care and very thorough, and the rest of the medical staff made me feel at ease before my procedure. I had issues a week after my surgery and was in excruciating pain. The office was closed, and Dr Arne came in on his day off to help me! He was so kind and never seemed bothered by the inconvenience. I had already planned on writing a good review before that even happened! I was so impressed with having received quality medical care with an overall positive experience.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Arne and the experience was very smooth and comforting. The entire staff was super helpful and the environment was super professional but also made you feel like you weren’t just a patient. I was able to get my surgery done within 30-45 minutes and had no issues whatsoever. Dr. Arne even gave me a call afterwards to ask how I was doing on the recovery and to see if he could do anything else to help. All around a great oral surgeon and would recommend anyone wanting to get their wisdom teeth removed to choose this office!

I had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Bruce C. Arne, and the entire experience was smooth and professional just like my previous experience. From scheduling the consult up until the day of surgery. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and made me feel at ease because I was a little nervous. Dr. Bruce Arne explained everything clearly with take home instructions, and the procedure was quick and painless. What truly stood out to me the most was the personal phone call later that evening after surgery to check on how I was doing. That meant a lot and showed that he genuinely cares about his patients rather than just treating them like a number. It's rare to find that level of compassion in healthcare, and I appreciate it dearly. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone in need of an oral surgeon.

Hi. On Jan 29th, I had dental surgery in Wilmington NC at Dr Bruce C. Arne’s Office. This surgery was necessary to relieve severe dental pain. I don’t do well with medical procedures because of the stress and anxiety before and after. Two weeks prior, in the pre-op consult, I was given instructions on what to expect in a very informative set of written instructions. On the day of the surgery, I arrived, dreading the procedure but the staff quickly relaxed me with their pleasant welcome. I went into the procedure room and was greeted by the surgical team who made me feel even more comfortable. As I listened to ‘Free Falling,’ by Tom Petty and the sedation started, I knew I was in the great care of top-tier professionals. I was awakened after the procedure with no pain. Later that night, I received a follow-up call from Dr Arne that really meant a lot. He and his staff appear to be the COMPLETE package of skillful, compassionate, informative and attentive. Top Tier Professionals. They are the Gold Standard, in dentistry, in my book! The care, far-exceeded my expectations and I am extremely grateful! A very satisfied new patient for life!
